As requested by the Company, Consultant will provide the following Services:

Complete company audit and review of process, procedures, marketing negotiations and technology.

Consultant will identify inefficiencies and all areas for improvement in the negotiation departments of company. Once identified provide solutions, documented procedures, revisions and training needed to implement and execute those identified areas for company improvements. If training is needed out of the county, another contract will be created with different pricing.

Additional time is needed to complete the tasks above. With primary focus on implementation, improving the structure and training in the negotiations department, develop and implement ongoing training for existing staff to improve their performance. Continue to create more automation through the CRM, automated emails, tasks, etc.

Also, to continue identifying more revenue opportunities within the company and creating new business opportunities outside of the company to help make more profitable and financially strong.
