After spending a decade working in Collections, Mortgage, Finance and Negotiation companies, Renauld knows what truly drives conversions, sweet spot timing on when to begin negotiations, building rapport, and team building. Renauld has done consulting for startup companies ranging from front/back-end collections to start up negotiation companies. Renauld knows that it is not about the back and forth of negotiating, it’s how well you connect with the heart-beating people you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them.
